Anti -wrinkle  injections  can  be  used  to  help  reverse the signs of ageing. Small amounts of Botulinum toxin injected in to the skin blocks the signals from the nerves to the muscles so the injected muscle can no longer contract and the wrinkles relax. Possible  treatments  areas  include forehead wrinkles, frown lines and crows feet around the eyes,  but we  can  also  treat  chin  dimpling,  a  gummy  smile  and  an ageing  neck/jawline. Effects vary between individuals  and  area  treated but can last from 3 to 6 months post treatment.   A  consultation  is  required  with  nurse  prescriber  Natascha  before  treatment  to  assess  suitability as  this  is  a  prescription  only  medication.

Hyaluronic acid is a natural substance found in our body tissues. As we age our bodies produce less Hyaluronic acid resulting in volume loss in our skin and the appearance of wrinkles  and  saggy  skin. Injections of hyaluronic acid in to the skin can be used to radically improve the appearance of lines and wrinkles. At Natura Aesthetics Beauty Salon we offer Hyaluronic Acid dermal fillers treatments to enhance lips, cheeks, nose to mouth lines (nasolabial fold),  marionette lines at the corners of the mouth,  the chin  and  jawline. There can be bruising and swelling after treatment for up to 2 weeks so it is best to allow plenty of time between treatment and any important occasions. 

Sunekos is an amazing new injectable skin booster treatment we are offering! It is a patented formula of hyaluronic acid and amino acids to help regenerate the collagen and elastin we lose as we age. It can be used on the face, neck, décolletage, hands and is especially good for dark eye circles. Results can be seen immediately after one treatment but a course of 3 or 4 treatments is recommended initially to boost skin then 1 treatment every 6 months as maintenance.

Dermaplaning is an increasingly popular and super effective method of exfoliation using a surgical scalpel to gently scrape off dead skin cells and fine vellus hair from the face. The treatment is not painful, works well in combination with a hyaluronic acid face mask treatment or peel and has no downtime. Pustular acne must be treated and calmed before dermaplaning can be booked as the procedure may exacerbate the  condition.

PCA  Skin  peels  are  superficial peels containing a mixture of natural acids to remove the upper layer of the epidermis encouraging regeneration and rejuvenation of new skin cells. The choice of peel is tailored specificallly to your skin requirements. The result is the improved appearance of skin with fewer fine lines, a brighter complexion, improved skin tone and a more youthful appearance. A course of 4-6 over monthly peels is usually recommended. 

Microneedling involves a pen like device with tiny rotating needles approx 0.2 to 2mm in length. These cause micro trauma to the skin which stimulates production of new collagen and elastin resulting in a plumping effect over the following 3–4 weeks. A numbing cream is applied to skin prior to treatment to minimise discomfort from the procedure. Your skin will be glowing after this treatment and it is recommended not to wear make up for 6 hours after treatment. A course of 3 sessions once monthly is usually recommended  initially.
