About Natascha - Meet Your Practitioner

 Welcome to Natura Aesthetics, a skin rejuvenation and medical aesthetics clinic based in Bicton Heath, Shrewsbury.

I'm Natascha Jones, founder and practitioner at Natura Aesthetics. I'm an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Nurse Independent Prescriber, with over 21 years of nursing experience within the NHS and primary care.

My nursing career has given me a wealth of clinical experience, including working as a Sister within a busy Intensive Care Unit and Acute Medical Unit at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham. I currently continue to work as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner within a local GP practice.

I believe this extensive clinical background is an important part of what I bring to aesthetic practice. Patient safety, careful assessment, good communication and putting your wellbeing first have always been fundamental to the way I work.

I began my aesthetics journey in 2018, following an interest in facial aesthetics and my own interest in skin health and ageing.

I initially trained in advanced dermal filler and botulinum toxin treatments with SkinViva in Manchester and have continued to develop my knowledge and skills through further specialist training.

I believe aesthetic treatments should enhance your natural features rather than change the way you look.

My approach is subtle, considered and personalised. Every face and every skin type is different, so I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.

During your consultation, I'll take the time to understand what you'd like to achieve, assess your individual needs and talk through the options that may be appropriate for you.

I'll always give you honest advice, including when I don't feel a particular treatment is suitable or necessary. There is never any pressure to have treatment.

For me, the best results are those where you still look like you – just refreshed, healthy and confident.

I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Practice Nursing (Level 7) and a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry, and I am a Nurse Independent Prescriber.

I have been registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) throughout my nursing career and am a member of the British Association of Medical Nurses (BAMAN).

As a Nurse Independent Prescriber, I have the appropriate prescribing qualification to assess patients and prescribe medicines within my professional scope of practice. This also means I am able to assess and manage potential complications should they arise, although thankfully these are rare.

I am committed to maintaining high standards of clinical care, safety and professional practice and continue to undertake further education and training within aesthetics.

I am also fully insured with Cosmetic Insure.
